Jewelry in the combination of Prehnite and Agate.
5 x 3 cm
Interesting growths are visible in Agate, caused by the place where the mineral grew and formed. Agate is formed very slowly - the process of its formation takes thousands to millions of years.
It is formed in volcanic or sedimentary rocks from solutions rich in silica (quartz). These solutions gradually fill the cavities in the rock, for example after gas bubbles in volcanic lava or in cracks in rocks. Crystallization occurs in layers, and it is these layers that create the typical banded structure of agate.
Prehnite and agate create a delicate and harmonious combination of stones that support inner peace, stability and protection. Prehnite is perceived as a stone of unconditional love and deep inner understanding. It helps to calm the mind, strengthens intuition and brings a sense of security and trust in the natural flow of life.
Agate, on the other hand, is a symbol of stability and balance. Its energy is calm, grounding and protective – it helps to stabilise emotions, strengthens inner security and creates a sense of solid ground underfoot.
Together, these stones create a harmonious balance between softness and stability. Prehnit opens the heart and supports sensitivity to one’s own feelings and intuition, while agate protects this sensitivity and anchors it in peace and balance.
The construction of the jewellery is handmade from surgical steel and the connecting material is an alloy of tin and silver. The jewellery is then treated similarly to silver – we polish it once in a while. The more the jewellery is worn, the better, it polishes itself on the wearer’s clothes, skin, etc. The metal is stable and does not contain nickel or heavy metals. The jewellery can be worn continuously and even in water, but it is a good idea to dry it and treat it more often afterwards. The jewellery is hung on a braided, cotton cord and secured with an enlargement knot.
