Jewelry with lace Agate and Amethyst.

Agate contains an ingrown row of small Amethyst crystals, which is why I added a polished Amethyst in the upper part of the jewelry.

This hand-tinned pendant carries a piece of the earth's memory. Lace Agate preserves layers that have formed over thousands of years - and each of them reminds us that even small steps can take us far.

The stone has a distinctive pattern. It is a typical agate of "stories" - each view reveals a different line, a different landscape, a different detail.

Agate is traditionally considered a stone of peace and balance. It helps to ground thoughts, soften tension and return attention to what is important. Its energy is gentle, unobtrusive, rather supportive - like a quiet light that shows the way when there is confusion around.

The jewelry is handmade from surgical steel and the connecting material is an alloy of tin and silver. The jewelry is then treated similarly to silver - we polish it once in a while. The more the jewelry is worn, the better, it polishes itself on clothes, the wearer's skin, etc. The metal is stable and does not contain nickel or heavy metals. The jewelry can be worn all the time, even in water, but it is good to dry it afterwards and treat it more often. The jewelry is hung on a braided, cotton cord and secured with an enlargement knot.
