Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz that forms in the cavities of rocks as a result of the crystallization of rich solutions of silicon dioxide, often in the presence of trace amounts of iron, which gives it its typical color. It is most often found in geodes of volcanic rocks, especially in Brazil, Uruguay, Madagascar or Zambia, where it forms perfectly developed crystal druses. Its color ranges from soft lavender to deep dark purple, with the intensity of the shade depending on the conditions of formation and the natural irradiation of the mineral. From a mineralogical point of view, it is among the most valuable and well-known varieties of quartz due to its aesthetics and relative availability.

In traditional symbolism, amethyst is associated with peace, balance and protection from negative influences. It is often considered a stone that supports inner stillness of the mind and helps maintain a clearer overview in emotionally tense situations. On the energetic level, it is assigned to the area of ​​the third eye and crown chakra, where it is supposed to support intuition, receptivity and spiritual connection. At the same time, it is associated with better sleep quality and tension relief, especially if placed in a relaxation area. Amethyst thus acts as a gentle harmonizing stone that connects the natural beauty of the mineral with a deeper symbolic level.

The construction of the jewelry is handmade from surgical steel and the connecting material is an alloy of tin and silver. The jewelry is then treated similarly to silver - we polish it once in a while. The more the jewelry is worn, the better, it polishes itself on clothes, the wearer's skin, etc. The metal is stable and does not contain nickel or heavy metals. The jewelry can be worn all the time, even in water, but it is good to dry it afterwards and treat it more often. The jewelry is hung on a braided, cotton cord and secured with an enlargement knot.
